About Me
I am Sha-Ron a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor and I am glad you found me.

I am a Soldier turned therapist and change agent. My career in mental health overlaps my military career as I had dreams of helping people heal and change their lives. While in the military I directed my studies toward psychology and counseling. I found myself incorporating these skills in my leadership style. It wasn’t always popular with my peers but we got the same result. Mission Accomplished. Listening, compassion, empathy and hope were pillars of my leadership style and helps me thrive as a therapist.

I have worked in the mental health profession for seven years. This path has landed me working as a staff support for children at their schools and homes; a drug and alcohol counselor and a school based-therapist. I have also worked in a private group practice where I helped clients with a variety of mental health and substance use concerns.
Working in those areas influenced my passion to work with women in my private practice to help them gain the tools they need to recover, heal, parent, and to live their best life.

"My mission in life is not merely to survive,
but to thrive; and to do so with some passion,
some compassion, some humor, and some style."
-Maya Angelou
