Anger
Management
Anger can often take over a person’s life and result in negative circumstances such as loss of job, strained relationships and poor health outcomes. Anger is often one of the easier emotions to identify with because it is often more acceptable than focusing on embarrassment, shame, disappointment and hurt.

I help my clients identify stressors and negative self-talk that keeps them emotionally out of control. Clients will develop healthy and effective strategies based on cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques.
