Women
I am passionate about the individual needs of women and the universal issues that they share. With therapy women learn more about themselves and gain self-awareness. In my space women also have a safe space to process relationships, establish boundaries and become their authentic selves. Women that come to therapy will feel empowered, become self-compassionate and begin to heal.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I provide an environment that is judgement free where you can share, learn and gain balance.
