Insurance Coverage and Rates

Your insurance company may cover all or part of your service rates. As a consumer, ask you insurance company the following questions about your coverage:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• Is there a limit on how many sessions my plan will cover per year?                    If yes, how many?

• What is the coverage amount per session?

• Do I have a co-payment for mental health services?

• Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?
