Insurance Coverage and Rates

Your insurance company may cover all or part of your service rates. As a consumer, ask you insurance company the following questions about your coverage:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Is there a limit on how many sessions my plan will cover per year? If yes, how many?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Do I have a co-payment for mental health services?
Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?

Service Rates

Diagnostic Assessment $105

Individual Session $90 per 50 minute sessions

Anger Management $80 per session (8-10 sessions)

* I also offer a sliding scale for those with financial need.
